This five-session study based on a book by Joan Chittister, The Gift of Years: Growing Old Gracefully, will explore the spiritual journey of aging. We will begin our Lenten journey in the chapel at 6:10 p.m., on Wednesday, February 18. Please note this will take place immediately after our Wednesday night meal. Our Lenten theme this year will center on discernment. Some of the visual aids to help us along this path will be our hand-crafted wooden Lenten crosses – located in the sanctuary windows, along with cards to explain different stations of the Cross.
Thank you so much to everyone who came and contributed to the Youth Trivia Night Fundraiser! We were able to raise over $1,500 to support our summer mission trip to Passport, which will be in Greensboro, NC this year. Congratulations to "Running with Scissors," our winning team and recipients of gift cards, which were donated by Salsaritas.
