Kevin hails from Richardson, Texas (a suburb of Dallas), but first visited Kentucky in ‘06 on a mission trip to McCreary County (where Broadway and CBF Kentucky have meaningful partnerships and friendships. He then fell in love with Louisville on two back-to-back trips in ‘14 and ‘15 visiting friends. Since ‘18, Kevin, Nora, and their Kentucky-Pandemic baby Henry (born in September 2020) have found a home away from home with their beloved church family at Broadway.

After that, he left Texas for the first time to attend the Divinity School at Wake Forest University in Winston-Salem, North Carolina (graduated in 2008).
