The Ministry Fair (a great time to sign up for fall activities and small groups) will be Sunday, August 26, before Sunday School and after Worship in the Family Life Center and Atrium. If you would like to have a table for your small group or ministry, please contact Susan Reed in the church office or at susanr@broadwaybaptist.org. Please make plans to visit the booths, enjoy a light lunch, and get to know more about Broadway!

Donations of merchandise are welcome and should be taken to the racquetball court in the Family Life Center. Tax receipts are available from Betty Newcomer or Mary Jackson. Volunteers are pricing on Wednesdays from 3-5 p.m.
Please consider volunteering by donating items, helping to price on Wednesdays, or helping the weekend of the yard sale.

Please plan to attend the Women on Mission Meeting on Tuesday , May 9, at 11 am. We have the incredible opportunity to hear our very own Pastor Emeritus, Ron Higdon, speaking about his newly published book, All I Need to Know, I am Still Learning at 80. He will share with us why he wrote this book and why he thinks this subject is important. He will have copies available for purchase for $10.
Gracious Plenty will provide lunch. Cost of lunch is $8 with a reservation, or $10 at the door. Please call the church office by Monday, May 8, at 12 p.m., to make a reservation.

Please join the Women on Mission to learn about the ministry opportunities on the backside of Churchill Downs. We are collecting shampoo and lotions to be given to the ladies that work in this area.
Lunch will be served. Reservations can be made by calling the church office by Friday, March 10, at 12 p.m. Cost is $8 with a reservation, and $10 at the door.
