Dear Dr. Caldwell,
Once again thank you and Broadway for the use of your space for our Caring Tree initiative. We are particularly pleased that the Friendship Hall was available to use this year. I hope the church has a sense of their contribution to the improved Christmas that 251 of our employees will experience because of the availability of space and help of the staff.
Getting ready for us and accommodating us during the day takes a lot of time and attention. My thanks to the members of your team who have been so very kind and helpful all along the way along.
