Do you struggle with panic attacks? Have a friend who committed suicide? Know a fellow church member who struggles with depression? Join Leslie and Loren Townsend in a four-week discussion of mental health/illness and the life of faith. Our study will include passages from Show Me All Your Scars: True Stories of Living with Mental Illness, as we explore ways to understand and respond to those of us who suffer personally or love someone who battles depression, anxiety, obsessive compulsive disorder, and related mental health challenges. Through our discussions, we’ll learn what the Bible teaches about mental health and how we as faithful Christians can find hope in our everyday lives.
