Please join us for the Deacon Ordination and Installation service in the Chapel on Wednesday, January 6, at 6:15 p.m. The deacons being ordained or installed who will begin service in 2016 are Ken Cox, Lilly Davis, Robert Dixon, David McCoy, Mark Riddle, Connie Rogers, Lou Ann Twyman, and Katie Williams. Even as we ordain and install leaders to help us move creatively into a rapidly changing world, this ordination service gives us all an opportunity to witness a tradition of Christian leadership dating back to the Bible itself.
