Once again, we had fun meeting new friends and becoming better acquainted with past campers. We enjoyed learning about Culinary Art, Acrylic Art, Art, Guitar, Percussion, and Piano.
In addition, we focused on the book of Psalms and Matthew for our choir songs. The children and leaders had a great week and we are so glad the church and community supports this endeavor each year. The Creative Arts Camp is a great way to celebrate children’s music within our church as well as serving as an outreach to our surrounding community. It provides both music and spiritual education within a church setting and we are grateful for all who helped make it possible: Tina Burress, Doug Jones, Carol Lundberg, Ken Lundberg, Connie Rogers, Claudia Wells, Amanda Bass, Jim Rago, Jennifer Harberson, Robert Dixon, Leah Jones, Davis Jones, Emily Dotson, Amber Hall, Emma Doheny, Robert Gammon, and Emily Holladay.
