There are many unsung heroes who work tirelessly to make the family ministry at Broadway successful. For the past year and a half, Emily Liles has committed numerous hours to organizing worship care volunteers. In addition to compiling the list of volunteers, she has organized the distribution of postcard reminders, and made numerous phone calls to make sure this piece of the ministry always ran smoothly.
As Emily and Chris prepare for the arrival of their baby, Emily finished her role as worship care director at the end of the year. I can’t begin to thank her enough for the ministry she provided to me and to the families at Broadway through her attention to detail and unfailing efforts to maintain a warm, loving environment for our children during worship.
